Refund & Exchange Policy

At Klenam, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of every piece we create.

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds unless the item received is damaged or defective.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. Once reviewed and approved, we will provide a replacement or issue a refund if necessary.

Exchange Policy

We do offer exchanges for sizing or item changes. Exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in original condition with all tags attached.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is damaged or incorrect.

To start an exchange or report a damaged item, please log into your account and submit a return request. In the notes section, include the details of your request and the item you would like to exchange for.
